Finkeldei presents luxurious upholstery at the IMM 2008
Upholstery with Swarovski crystals / new upholstered beds collection
This year, the Finkeldei upholstery manufactory will be presenting various new pieces at the International Furniture Fair (IMM) in Cologne: the luxury manufactory will display unique upholstery pieces complete with Swarovski crystals at the special exhibition “Crystal Edition”. With sumptuous showroom set-ups, Finkeldei is also to present new seating classics as well as a brand new collection with exclusive upholstered beds. The Finkeldei manufactory is acknowledged as a leading specialist in classic-luxurious upholstery creations.
In the words of Werner Knocher, Managing Director of Finkeldei: “When you think of exclusive comfort, crystals don’t necessarily come immediately to mind. It’s time now to rethink that: Finkeldei is presenting luxurious upholstery creations with twinkling Swarovski crystals at the IMM. Under the name “Crystal Edition”, we are presenting the art of perfect upholstery.” Supported by a trend for the classic form of upholstery, the Finkeldei manufactory is consequently focusing on luxury with the Crystal Edition. Finkeldei first presented the public with upholstery with Swarovski crystals three years ago. Due to its success both at home and abroad, the Crystal Edition has today grown to include around 40 different models.
There are also several novelties in view of the classical collection. We draw your attention in particular to the “Mai Tai” line, which, alongside sofas and armchairs, also comprises a coordinated program of tables and cabinets. The upholstery manufactory Finkeldei has developed these together with the internationally recognised designer Jan Grad.
And finally, Finkeldei presents sleeping comfort at its finest: “Upholstered beds from Finkeldei are more than just furniture, they are a philosophy of living. Choosing a hand-crafted bed from Finkeldei means the certainty of owning a true masterpiece of sleep-culture,” says Werner Knoche.
All of Finkeldei’s upholstered furniture will be presented at the IMM in complete showroom set-ups, where tables, pictures, mirrors and lights contribute to the exclusive ambiance of the fair stand.
