Finkeldei successful on International Furniture Fair 2006 in Cologne
Position as the leading classical luxury specialist confirmed
Finkeldei looks back on a successful International Furniture Exhibition (IMM) 2006 in Cologne: In comparison to the previous year the percentage increase in incoming orders, which the manufacturer could record, had reached double figure growth.
From 16th to 22st January Finkeldei showed new as well as time-tested models on a 320 sq. m exhibition stand. Upholstered furniture was presented in 24 different sets, whereby suitable accessories such as tables, pictures, lamps and mirrors had contributed to the atmosphere on the exhibition stand.
Finkeldei definitely profited from the fact that the manufacturer remains faithful for its character as a leading German specialist in classical luxury upholstered furniture. Who wanted to see something else on the exhibition than sober leather sofas in earthy colours, had to search for a long time and hardly succeeded in finding anything. The clear increasing of the incoming orders confirms the strategy to manufacture classical luxury for connoisseurs also in the future instead of following short-lived trends.
In the context of a special presentation Finkeldei introduced the topic "Upholstery meets Crystal". Here, the sofa "Piccadilly" was presented, whose corpus and scatter cushions are ornamented with noble Swarovski crystal gemstones.
